Cancelling a future renewal does not automatically refund an already-paid period.

Duplicate payments and material defects attributable to HITCH must be investigated and corrected with an appropriate remedy where applicable.

A market outcome alone does not establish a software defect. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
